Shipping and Store Terms
I sell my LEGO parts and elements on two "LEGO" parts websites, here on Brick Owl and the other "Brick" site. I have the same inventory listed on both websites.
With this being said, please understand that if you order all of my inventory of element "X" here, my store on the other site will still show I have that part in stock. So please do not think you can go to my other store on the "other" site and order more.
Also, on the extremely rare occasion that you place an order here on Brick Owl, and another customer orders the exact same inventory from the other site, I will honor the customer who placed the order first. I have not had this happen, but I do want to be clear and upfront with my inventory being listed on both sites.
Please use the "Request a Quote" feature if you need any assistance getting an idea of shipping charges to your home.
The automatic shipping charges built into the shopping cart is accurate for small orders under 14 ozs. If you order a larger order, that requires a special shipping box, please contact me for a quote.
I will ship your order within 24 hours of receiving payment. I only ship Monday-Friday.
Product Condition - New parts and minifigures are taken straight out of the box/package and into my store. New sets are still in factory sealed box unless otherwise stated.
Used Parts - Please read the description for any noticeable blemishes. I will only list used parts that I would want in my family's collection. But, I must state that used may have blemishes and chances are they will not be perfect.
Used Minifigures - Will be accurately described. As with used parts, there may be blemishes but I will do my very best to describe any issues.
PLEASE NOTE: Even new parts can have minor imperfections. I do not sell excessively worn parts. When you order used parts I will send fully intact parts, no cracks, no chips. There may be scratches, or other minor imperfections, but nothing major.
A good portion of my used stock is from my personal collection and I will not sell you anything I would not feel comfortable buying for use with my own children.
Returns and Refunds
If there is a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me. I do not take returns unless there is proof there is an error on our end (we pulled the incorrect parts, colors, or sets). Please review your orders and ensure the parts you add to your cart are those that you wish to order.
I do not refund for lost, stolen or damaged goods incurred during shipping. I highly suggest you purchase insurance at your cost if you are concerned with any of these issues.
